About Me

I’m Megan, a community development worker by day, a Transition Southampton member by night, plus a cook, sewer, wife, friend, and watcher-of-terrible-TV.

I strive to avoid the stereotype of ‘tree hugger’ or ‘ecowarrior’ because I don’t think that wins anyone over.About 5 years ago I had my big ‘aha’ moment, turning me from a well-meaning citizen who recycled and turned things off standby to a person who got a bit more of the big picture.

I’m still working on it, though.

Less and Less and More is all about enjoying more, all whilst worrying about less. Whether enjoying better health because you eat less junk, having more time for friends and family because you spend less time on acquiring, or lots of other big and little things that we want more of, I look at examples of people doing more.
